Baylor Health Center Vaccination Clinic Schedule
Thursdays and Fridays: 1 to 4:10 p.m. at the Baylor Health Center in the McLane Student Life Center for first, second and booster doses to employees and students, as well as spouses and dependents* of employees and students.
How to Make a Vaccination Appointment
The Baylor University Health Center has received a limited supply of the new bivalent COVID-19 booster vaccine by Moderna and Pfizer for Baylor students, faculty and staff.
The new Moderna booster dose can be given to adults 18 and older at least two months after previous doses. It cannot be given as an initial series, but it can be booster dose No. 3, 4, 5, etc., just not the initial first or second doses of either the Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines.
How to Make a Vaccination Appointment
Vaccination appointments for Baylor students, faculty and staff: Students, faculty and staff can make appointments for themselves online for a COVID-19 vaccination by logging in to the Health Portal on the Baylor Health Center website.
Vaccination appointments for dependents and spouses: Baylor faculty and staff must call the Baylor Health Center at 254-710-1010 to make an appointment for COVID vaccination for dependents* and spouses. These appointments cannot be made online.
The Baylor Health Center vaccination clinic offers first, second and booster doses of Pfizer and Moderna vaccines to employees and students, as well as spouses and dependents* of employees and students.
*NOTE: Only the initial dose of the Pfizer vaccine is available for dependents 12-17 years of age. The Health Center is not offering the Pfizer pediatric vaccine.

- In providing information to locate a vaccine source, Baylor University is not acting as your health care provider.

Note: COVID Protocols for Fall 2022
- The University strongly encourages you to continue monitoring your personal health for COVID-19 symptoms on a daily basis. Students who are symptomatic can seek testing through the University Health Center. Employees who are symptomatic can seek testing through your personal healthcare provider or use a home test if you are not well. Please respect your classmates and colleagues and stay at home if you are sick.
- The University will continue to offer N95 facemasks – which offer the highest levels of COVID-19 protection – at no charge. These are available at residence halls and the McLane Student Life Center and for departments by emailing Environmental Health & Safety at ehs@baylor.edu.
- Faculty, staff and student employees: If you have a medically documented disability and are requesting a reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act, please work with Human Resources in accordance with BU-PP 415. If you have different concerns for your family or yourself that require additional considerations, please work with your department chair or HR to find a mutually agreeable solution.
- The University will continue to monitor COVID-19 closely and make any adjustments to our policies and procedures if needed.
